Due to being a Heating and A/C specialist, I see all kinds of homes, air conditioner units, furnaces, air filters, furnace filters, air ducts, thermostats you name it. I also see all types of people who come in. The other afternoon I met this woman who was so hateful that I nearly left him and her broken air conditioner behind and never looked back, however since I’m the owner of the Heating as well as A/C corporation, I was not able to do that. I drove out to this man’s cabin and she told myself and others that her air conditioner had stopped working. She had been messing around with her thermostat all afternoon and just could not understand what in her Heating as well as A/C plan needed repair. I let him know that I would take a look and it turns out that her air conditioner was aged and one hundred percent busted. I let him suppose that she would need a full air conditioner replacement. After I gave him our estimate, she told myself and others that I was a scammer and a crook and that she wanted a minute opinion. With that being said, about a week later she called myself and others back and said that I had the best bid for the air conditioner replacement and she needed me. I told him I could come early next week to replace the air conditioner and she flipped her lid saying I was lazy. I ignored him and came out the following Friday morning. The woman stood over myself and others the whole time asking me if I knew what I was doing- as if I hadn’t replaced a million air conditioners in my life. When both of us finally got done I gave him the bill and she said it was more than I had initially told him. It was not. I showed him the original bid and she finally paid her bill for the air conditioner replacement after four weeks.
