Customer maintenance during strenuous times

I have worked in the buyer maintenance industry since I was in high college; My first task was busing tables at a local eating establishment, then ever since then I have been laboring in buyer maintenance in some capacity, but i know that the way you treat your customers will determine if they are a repeat buyer and I also know that poor buyer maintenance will make sure a buyer never returns.

I always try to supply someone the benefit of the doubt and know they are having a poor day, however, when I had an issue with my Heating as well as Air Conditioning system a few weeks ago and the Heating as well as Air Conditioning tech was rude to me I swore I would never return… The Heating as well as Air Conditioning tech that I spoke to on the cellphone was so beyond rude that I thought he was joking at first.

I understand that things are changing in the world my friend and I are residing in and people are scared, but it’s no excuse to be rude for no reason. The Heating as well as Air Conditioning tech basically yelled at me for asking if they were still sending employees out on house calls. It was a simple question that could have been answered with a simple “no”. However, the Heating as well as Air Conditioning tech yelled at me and said that he would never send his employees out in feild under such dangerous conditions… Well, as you can expect I will never be calling this Heating as well as Air Conditioning supplier again and I am going to let other people know how rude they are to their customers.
