At first, I thought there was simply a complication with the 1 room.

However, she also told me about an easy fix. The Heating & Air Conditioning serviceman showed me online where I could buy room to room ventilators. They are small fans that go inside of adjoining walls. They then push or pull the Heating & Air Conditioning treated air in order to balance the heating plus cooling.
