I took advantage of being stuck inside the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C at beach apartment this past year.
It’s been almost a year since I first started quarantining at home.
And right from the beginning, I knew that this would be a long term situation for me. Unluckyly, I have a lifelong health condition that effects our immune response. This meant that I would be spending a whole lot of time alone in the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C of our house. Well, not totally alone. My fiance also had to work remotely in the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C when this first started. However, her corporation has made it where the office is safer with Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C updates, plexi glass plus lots of masks all around. So for the last many weeks or so, it’s been myself and others at beach apartment all morning in the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C. I already worked from beach apartment mostly anyway so it wasn’t a big change. I’m in the tech field plus would easily only go to the office 5 or 6 times a week to collaborate with our colleagues. This past year, both of us have been able to achieve that with online virtual meetings. With all this time at home, I decided to use it to better myself and others health. I easily committed to good diet, respected exercise plus plenty of rest. I also committed to making sure the indoor air was working to enhance our health plus not drag it down. I had an Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C serviceman come in plus install a whole apartment media air cleaner in our Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C. This thing definitely destroys airborne hazards that attack our respiratory system. And now, the air is so clean plus fresh. I should have done this a long time ago!
