What a tremendous difference 1 little Heating and A/C related change can make.
I always find it to be so amazing when 1 small change leads to such enjoyable results.
And deciding to change from a cheap Heating and A/C air filter to a HEPA filter is a pretty excellent example of just what I’m talking about. I believe it all sort of starts with some pretty serious ignorance on my part. Indoor air quality wasn’t a topic that I either recognized nor knew about. I just figured that since the air is inside, it was clean enough. Air pollution was outside caused by cars and factories. That shows just how finite my comprehension was on indoor air conditions. Well, I compounded that misunderstanding with another misunderstanding about Heating and A/C equipment. Part of my all indoor air is washed preconceived ideas came from the fact that I was thinking that the Heating and A/C machine was cleaning the air as it ran. I mean why else was I changing the air filter all the time. Turns out, I was changing that Heating and A/C air filter all the time in order to protect the Heating and A/C machine and not my health. The cheap, paper air filters genuinely do nothing however protect the Heating and A/C machine. They do nothing for the indoor air quality levels. That’s when I managed to learn about the HEPA filter. This air filter works to trap and remove more than 99 percent of airborne contaminants. And that does wash the air which in turn is able to supply great indoor air conditions for me and my loved ones. Now, I have less respiratory junk going on in my residence. There are no more lingering colds, coughs or sore throats. Plus, even my allergy complications are lessened. And my immune response is also stronger these days.
