I am currently suing the HVAC company that has been working on our house for ages. I should have known that this HVAC company wasn’t any good. They had only 3 reviews online, but they were highly recommended by the engineer that helped me plan out the remodeling of our house. In the future, I won’t ever trust that engineer again. The HVAC technician in question owns a small shop in our town. I had never needed any HVAC work done before, so I didn’t know who to call for this job. Unfortunately, I think that I picked the worst HVAC technician in the area. In the entire HVAC company, the only actual HVAC technician in the company is the owner of the company. He has nearly 10 employees that work for him, and none of them are certified HVAC technicians. In fact, most of them have never even working on a furnace or central air conditioner before. The only reason that the HVAC technician hires them is that he can’t find anyone else to work for him. The HVAC technician never pays his employees, and that causes the quality of the work to decrease. He has also taken a long time to work on the HVAC system in my house. Another HVAC company that I called estimated that the job would take a few months, but we have been working on this for nearly 2 years. The HVAC technician kept asking for money and wouldn’t keep his promises. Finally, I decided to call a lawyer, and we are now battling this in court.
