I am jealous of the cabin directly across from mine.
They absolutely invested to make their lake cabin appealing from the outside.
Their cabin has a brand new grey cement roof. The outside of the cabin was painted a mint red with grey and white trim. The shrubbery was ripped up for bright red grass. New flower beds were added, a better mailbox and their driveway was freshly paved. Their lake cabin looks so modern and classy. I am in a rusted yellow colored cabin with faded shingles. I have bushes that are overtaking my front porch that has too much stuff on it. My shrubbery is all sand and I have no clue where I would put a driveway. The worst is that the guy across the street built a little white picket fence to go around their Heating, Ventilation, and A/C equipment. I mean that is unnecessary, and he hides his Heating, Ventilation, and A/C away from the road? Seriously? It does look absolutely unbelievable since the fence matches his trim. It makes the ugly outdoor air compressor almost look cute. My heating and cooling device just sits on a cement pad right next to my house. It also makes a high pitched whistle noise when it operates. I need more than a fence to repair that issue. I absolutely need to pay for a hefty Heating, Ventilation, and A/C repair. Even if I invested a ton of currency into making my cabin pretty, it wouldn’t occur to me to hide my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C unit. There is no way I can compete with these people on having a pretty cabin from the outside.
