When I went to bed last evening, everything was going well, but i had gotten into a comfortable position and was enjoying the feeling of the cool air of the a/c. It was the last thing I remember before I completely fell asleep, however our sleep did not last long. I woke up a few hours later and looked at the clock that I have next to our bed, it was 3am. I threw the covers off of me as I realized that I was hot and the new home was hot as a furnace! I was so confused and did not suppose what was going on, and only hours beforehand I was enjoying the beautiful cool air from our A/C and now it was completely gone, then the first thing I did was get up and check the control unit, and the control equipment showed me what I was feeling, the a/c was not on and it was legitimately not cooling. It was the middle of the Summer and even during the evenings with no A/C the new home was absolutely hot. I dragged out a small fan from the closet and put it on me so I could continue sleeping through the evening. I planned to call our heating and A/C provider first thing in the afternoon. The following afternoon when I called the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C business, they were absolutely fast and professional about getting someone out to our home as soon as possible! When the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C company made her way to our home, I was relieved to find the a/c simply had a part that had failed and she was able to substitute it on the spot. Afterwards I got to love the cool air of the A/C again.
