I always knew that I did not want to go to university.
College was never the answer for me.
I did not prefer school when I was in high school. I hated studying plus learning plus having to do homework. The last thing I wanted was to spend more time in school where I would have to do more homework. My friends plus I went to a couple of meetings with the technical school advisor. I decided to go to the technical school so I could learn about heating plus A/C repairs plus installations. The Heating plus Air Conditioning certification program was supposed to last 15 months. I finished the classes in 12 months. I did not take a break while in the summer. When I was finished with the classes, I immediately started looking for a job in the field. I thought it might take a long time to find something, because I did not have any experience. There were more than 2 Heating plus Air Conditioning maintenance companies that called myself and others for an interview after I gave them our application. Most of them did not like the fact that I did not have any experience. One company owner said that I was more likely to get the job because I did not have any exhausting habits from a odd supplier yet. I had numerous job offers after going to the interviews. I decided to option the job that was closest to our house so I did not have a long commute every afternoon plus every day. So far the job is not too bad. It’s pretty much exactly what I expected after spending all of that time in school.
