I spent so many years working long hours in order to just basically get by. I was always living paycheck to paycheck. However, I was able to take some funds out each week and put it into savings. I worked inside the commercial Heating and A/C offices. I wasn’t particularly passionate about what I did inside that commercial Heating and A/C, but I was thankful to have my job. So I just kept going to work in order to take care of my family. It’s almost like I finally hit the tape in a long marathon when the last of my brood went off to university. Once that happened, I took a deep breath for a year and started to think about the next chapter in my life. This all happened to coincide with the hottest real estate market I could remember since I purchased this home. The more I thought about it, the more I was sure that this was the time to do two things. First, cash on the biggest investment while I could get the most for my home. And next, I wanted to buy a much smaller home that was just for me. Once I replaced the Heating and A/C unit and got the home on the market, it didn’t take long to sell for top dollar. With that money I spent a bit on the residential Heating and A/C in my current home. The Heating and A/C business completely customized my quality heating and air in my new home. It’s simply amazing all the Heating and A/C technology we have and this is actually the best heating and cooling experience I’ve ever enjoyed.
