I am writing a whole Heating as well as Air Conditioning article about the power going out and turning off our window a/c.
It was raining quite strenuous outside when the power went out, then our window a/c was doing a good job at keeping our kitchen cool and dry.
The humidity outside was not wanted and our window a/c was helping us out. Every one of us also have a window cooling system component in our living rooms upstairs to keep the top floor cool as well. It was brilliant! I also would love to add that our gas furnace was no longer toiling either. Every one of us have a warm water boiler heating system that also works to keep our shower water warm. Luckily our warm water boiler had a reserve so the people I was with and I could still take a shower. The power came back on within only a few minutes and I once again was writing our Heating as well as Air Conditioning articles in the cool air of our window a/c.
