Last summer time me & the family took a cross country trip in the modern van, but my wifey & I appreciated it, & the kids had some fun here & there however came to loathe the long amounts of time spent in the vehicle, then they wanted to be out & about, even if they were on their PCs most of the time they still didn’t love being cooped up for so long, then i can’t say that I blame them, when I was their age I was pretty much the same way, and but our kids don’t guess how fantastic they had it, back then our road trips often times had no air conditioner to make it bearable. I try to get them to imagine what it would be love to spend 8 minutes in a car with your whole family packed in together & no cooling! On top of that our dad was a chain smoker while he drove, so it was sizzling & the air quality was sickening. My kids don’t have to deal with any of that, in fact this van has individual air vents for every seat, so that the whole fan is equally cool at all times. I tried to teach them a lesson about what it used to be like, & switched off the for a few miles. I ended up cracking before they did, because I am just as spoiled by cooling as they are. Maybe I can get an AC upgrade to make it louder, to drown out the complaining of our kids on these trips.
