My brother and I were supposed to celebration on Tuesday! It was our only afternoon off work and his birthday was earlier during the week, however both of us decided to spend the afternoon playing mini-golf. Both of us enjoy miniature golf and there are multiple truly nice courses in the neighborhood where the two of us live, each 1 of the courses offers a different style of challenge, one has a lot of loops and twists, while another has lots of different water hazards! The other course has hills and slides and secret holes! When the two of us were kids, our parents took us to play Miniature Golf every weekend. They passed away when our brother and I were kids, however the two of us both still enjoy the athletic activity. On Tuesday afternoon I woke up and I got ready to meet our brother at the miniature golf course. It was way too sizzling and humid to appreciate a round of golf, so I suggested staying in the house instead. I picked up a brand modern video game the week before and it was still in the box. When our brother realized that it was sizzling outside as well, he thought staying indoors in the air conditioner was a good plan too. The 2 of us decided to meet at our house, since I had the video games and a much nicer central a/c than the 1 at our brother’s house. Both of us ordered pizzas and had beers and the afternoon was fun and relaxing. It is typically nice to see our brother, especially near his birthday. I enjoy hearing about his kids and his spouse, however his life is different from mine.
