Might get heated flooring since it is silent

I am seriously thinking of decreasing our heating component mainly because of our cat! My dog and I just moved into a up-to-date lake house that came with central heating! When the furnace turns on it is a entirely loud boom, but it also blows out air entirely noisily.

My terrible dog is so afraid of the heating component that he runs and hides under the bed every time it operates.

I try not to run the furnace whenever possible, but this is not a solution though. My dog isn’t getting used to it either. I kind of want to rip up the floors in the lake house anway. The lake house has brown, ugly carpet in every room. It is tacky, ancient and gross. I think I want to remove it and add grey brick floors. When I rip up the floors, it will be the perfect time to add heated flooring. This heating system is silent and should not anxious our dog at all; Since the radiant heat is at the ground level, I can set the temperature control lower since the heat won’t rise. My dog also will care about having tons of heated spots to lay on; No dust is stirred up with the system since it runs with electric rather than forced air. The heated flooring is just a bit fancy to install while you are already doing a up-to-date floor installation. I think it might be worth the currency though. My central furnace is already 17 years ancient and I don’t like to run it. There are just too many positives to heated flooring.
