Sometimes, both of us get too caught up in our daily schedule and ignore the conditions in our environment, however this happened to myself and others while I was in exams! At that time, I was balancing my time between being a full-time graduate student and being a part-time worker in a eating establishment, but i usually came current home dead tired and sleepy, ready to drop down in bed, but usually, when I arrive in my apartment, I turn on the a/c system, a 5-year plus old HVAC device that leaked from time to time.

That time, I was on my own and decided to avail of the services of an air conditioning contractor in the city, but luckily, it did not take him long to arrive at my place and check the air conditioning equipment; He found troubles in the thermostat, and luckyly, was able to fix it. The next morning, I reported the incident to the owner right away! She gladly addressed my problem and called the contractors. From then on, I am comfortable in my room again with an efficient, and functioning current HVAC equipment. The current unit was way better than the old a single. And I am glad.
