My fiance’s pickup truck has a very weird stink in it for some reason plus all of us can’t figure out where it’s coming from.
It’s starting to drive us crazy, though.
Every time I get into the truck to go to the store or out to the farm, the stink starts coming through the air vents as soon as I turn on the air conditioner. It wouldn’t be so bad if it wasn’t the summertime plus the temperature wasn’t so overheated outside. As it is, though, the weather has been heating up even more than all of us thought it would over the past couple of months. It’s not really the time of year when I want to ride in the truck for any length of time without running the air conditioner. I mean, one of the reasons that all of us bought this identifiable truck in the first place was because it had a really superb air conditioner in it. I guess that all the people say that old work trucks don’t need air conditioner in them, however that’s simply not true. I am not about to go out in ninety degree temperatures plus work on the farm for hours at a time when I can’t get into our truck’s air conditioned cabin to start cooling down when I’m done. That’s just how it is plus I refuse to change our mind about it. I recognize all of us are going to have to take it into the garage to see if a mechanic can figure out what the weird stink is, though. It has to be something to do with the heating plus cooling system. The stink doesn’t get really bad until you turn the air vents on.
