I wish I would have had more of a heads up about our Heating & A/C system needing to be replaced soon.
The Heating & A/C professional recently told us the two of us have maybe a year left before the two of us should go for the replace.
The thing is, the Heating & A/C is only 12 years old plus it didn’t really seem to be having trouble. The Heating & A/C professional said the particular Heating & A/C model the two of us have has been known to call it quits around the 13 or 14 year mark, plus sporadically sooner than that. So I started saving currency plus looking into odd Heating & A/C systems I might want to go for. One reason why I was disappointed is because I would like to get a quality Heating & A/C that will last longer than 13 years. I want something that will be around for a nice 25 years or so. I looked for systems that would easily last that long plus I ran across the ductless mini split systems. Those looked really nice plus I even l acquired they have DIY models that I could install. I also looked into other extravagant systems like boilers with radiant heating plus geothermal heat pumps. The geothermal system looked great plus I read they can last up to 50 years when they are respectfully taken care of. Well, I legitimately couldn’t afford a system like that, not with the small amount of savings I have. I’m certain it would take myself and others a few years of saving, although I suppose we’ll see how things go with our Heating & A/C system. If it chooses to give up the ghost early, we’ll likely go for a ductless mini split. If not, I might be able to save up enough for a nice geothermal Heating & A/C system.
