Not ecstatic about hearing that the HVAC method will be dying soon

I wish I would have had more of a heads up about our HVAC method needing to be replaced soon.

The HVAC professional recently told us the people I was with and I have maybe a year left before the people I was with and I should go for the replace.

The thing is, the HVAC is only 12 years aged and it didn’t truly seem to be having trouble. The HVAC professional said the particular HVAC model the people I was with and I have has been known to call it quits around the 13 or 14 year mark, and sometimes sooner than that. So I started saving money and looking into unusual HVAC systems I might want to go for. One reason why I was disappointed is because I would like to get a quality HVAC that will last longer than 13 years. I want something that will be around for a nice 25 years or so. I looked for systems that would easily last that long and I ran across the ductless mini break systems. Those looked truly nice and I even l received they have DIY models that I could install. I also looked into other overpriced systems like boilers with radiant heating and geothermal heat pumps. The geothermal method looked lovely and I read they can last up to 50 years when they are properly taken care of. Well, I entirely couldn’t afford a method like that, not with the small amount of savings I have. I’m particular it would take me a few years of saving, despite the fact that I think we’ll see how things go with our HVAC system. If it chooses to supply up the ghost early, we’ll likely go for a ductless mini split. If not, I might be able to save up enough for a nice geothermal HVAC system.
