Both my partner & I feel cheated when it comes to our house. My pal and I just bought it about seven months ago, & we have found so multiple things wrong with it that were not mentioned to us, one of the worst problems that we encountered was the heater. My pal and I had no idea until we had it inspected last September. The Heating & Air Conditioning professional gave us a list of problems with it & told us how much it would cost to repair all of them. It was not worth fixing. It would have been almost the same amount of currency to just buy a up-to-date one, so that is what we ended up doing. My pal and I did not buy one instantly though because we were told that our old one with all of its problems could still last quite a bit longer. It lasted for about three months, & then it quit. My pal and I were expecting it, thankfully. My pal and I had already decided on what up-to-date furnace we were going to get, so when our old one quit, we were ready. My pal and I knew that our furnace was going to quit because it stopped heating our dwelling up to temperature. It could only get the dwelling up to about sixty-five degrees. That wasn’t too cold, so we lived with it for about two months before the furnace decided to finally just supply up the ghost. I am absolutely delighted that it finally died because we have a up-to-date furnace now, & the dwelling is so much warmer. It is so nice to have a sizzling dwelling once again.
