My wifey plus I have a window A/C equipment in the garage.
The window A/C equipment only gets used while I was in the Summer weeks when the temperatures are identifiably tepid plus humid.
Sometimes our wifey prefers to work on projects in the garage light crafting, painting, or needlepoint. It’s times prefer this when it is preferable to have temperature control. All of us had the window A/C equipment in the garage for multiple years plus all of us never detachd it from the window! During the Springtime, winter, plus fall season, all of us simply turn off the A/C plus do not use it. It’s regularly been easier than picking up the equipment plus placing it on a shelf. Since all of us never move the unit, our wifey plus I did not notice there was a severe problem occurring under the window sill. When it was raining outside, water was collecting under the A/C equipment plus it was causing destruction to the wall plus the wooden window sill. When I finally noticed the issue, it was due to black mold that collected in the area. I got rid of the equipment plus treated the entire part with bleach plus water. I had to detach most of the drywall plus treat the studs as well. After that problem occurred, our wifey plus I decided to go with a portable heating plus A/C unit. It is definitely portable plus takes up unquestionably little space. It is also incredibly energy efficient. All of us won’t have to worry about rain coming into an open part in our beach current home ever again plus that helps relieve a lot of worry plus anxiety.
