My boss used to work for her Grandfather who had a roofing business; She was a teenager at the time, as well as she earned her pocket money by climbing up on rooves in the 90 degree heat as well as humidity of the southeast.
Now that she is twenty years older – or more – she still loves that she works indoors where there is air conditioner running all the time; So, last week, I saw a roofer laboring on the roof across the parking lot from my townhouse.
That made me remember my boss’s stories, so I headed on over there to that lady.
