Skin condition is sensitive to temperature, also stress

Sometimes I feel like I am never going to be done learning about myself.

I suppose that is something that we all have to deal with on this journey around the sun.

It’s difficult to really ever understand all of the complex activities that are taking place within you at any point in time. Recently, I realized that this is also true outside of me… especially when it comes to my skin. You see, I have a very unpleasant skin condition that regularly flares up without any particular cause. However, I’ve recently been gaining more information to understand that indoor air quality can be a provocateur of this increased discomfort. You see, apparently the skin condition is very mysterious but it is well accepted that temperature changes can cause irritation. That means, you need to have a steady indoor air temperature and air quality if you don’t want to cause your own discomfort. I started thinking deeply about my indoor air temperature and heating, cooling, and air quality control equipment after I made that discovery online. Honestly, our central heating and cooling system does not keep our indoor air very steady or comfortable. We often have hot and cold patches throughout the house, as well as temperature fluctuations throughout the day. There is a good chance that my indoor air handling devices have been causing my skin condition to flare up. Now, I have to consider the relative cost of seeking medical attention or HVAC upgrades. Do I trust a doctor or a heating, cooling, and air quality control technician to help me with this personal mystery?
