The air conditioner service at the grocery shop

My grocery store has been running for five years. Our new HVAC systems installed as we were starting have been of excellent service. Usually, a grocery store needs good ventilation to enhance the free flow of air. One month ago, I noticed that the heating and cooling equipment was not working optimally. Despite the effort I had taken to get some energy-saving help, we regularly did not have good heating for two days because the air purification system had faulted. I had tried to troubleshoot the central heating myself, but nothing changed. My clients had started complaining, and the fact that I handle perishable goods, the situation was getting out of hand. I called my HVAC provider to explain what was happening at the store. He assured me he would send someone over and true to his word, his HVAC repairman arrived in 3 hours to check the system. Luckily, the same technician who did our air conditioner install is the one who came. I was happy because he had a better understanding of the HVAC. The HVAC duct needed repair because it was not aligned well. After that, he did the ductwork cleaning because it had been long overdue. We did not need dampers for zone control because the air conditioner operated in one room, unlike my residential HVAC, which serves five rooms. After he completed, the system went back to normal. I was happy that it was manageable and I did not have to buy a new one given that my warranty period had ended. I thanked him for the great air conditioner service, and he assured me of coming to check its progress in the next three months.
