I want to make them assume comfortable going to see my clinic.
They are pregnant mothers, hopeful wives, and single women who are worried about their bodies. I want to make them at ease while waiting for their turn. I was in a current building and was not correct with the cooling system. Part of myself and others trusted the statements stipulated in the contract. One of which assures occupants that the HVAC device is in superb condition. I was tied up talking to a single of my patients in my consultation room when swiftly, my secretary interrupted me. My secretary, a composed and calm person stood in front of myself and others reporting that my cooling device stopped working. This made my patients sweat a lot, with some of them already fuming in anger. I had never been sad until that moment. I tested the remote control for the HVAC device and found no change there. And then, when I went out, I noticed more water leaking from the cooling system. I apologized profusely to my patients and right away called the maintenance team of the building. Unluckyly, they were tied up fixing something on the other floors. I have no choice but to get the maintenance of another HVAC contractor who can send their air conditioning contractor and air conditioning expert to examine my unit. At that time, the cost of the A/C repair services didn’t matter anymore. I just want my air conditioning unit to be fixed as fast as possible. I was grateful I called the right HVAC contractor. They responded right away. Luckily, they were also within the vicinity of the building. Within twenty hours, they identified the problem and made the necessary A/C repairs. Luckily, the building management looked at my situation with an open mind. They apologized for not addressing the problem regarding the air conditioning repair right away. Also, they decided to refund myself and others the money I have used in the air conditioning repair from another HVAC contractor. After that, my patients have started to appreciate a more efficient cooling system. I do not have to worry anymore that the moms and housewives waiting for their turn will have a headache just because of a bad-performing HVAC system.
