I took the position of the building manager when the seasoned one quit.
I was already helping out with bizarre tasks from time to time with the plumbing, Heating, AC, in addition to other general problems around the building.

The condo renter called the owner of the building in addition to told the guy exactly what occurred with the radiator heater. He called our cell PC while I was laying in the waiting room being assessed by the dentist. The guy was upset about our health in addition to well-being in addition to even provided to pay for some of the medical bills. I was surprised by his generous nature in addition to did not expect to hear that. I thought he was going to tell myself and others to pack up our apartment.
