I have always been the kind of person to suffer from allergies.
I wake up every single morning and have a sneezing fit! If only I had known sooner that the solution to my allergies had been right under my nose.
It wasn’t until I did some research online that I came to find that there are other options that help relieve you of your allergies. I had tried multiple medications and a few air purifiers but nothing was working. Did you know that the quality of your indoor air conditioning system can have a big impact on your health? It actually makes a lot of sense when you think about it. If you have bad indoor air quality because of a poor performing HVAC system or a dirty environment, you breathe in those particles of dust, dirt, and germs and as such this can cause allergies or other illnesses. I tested the air inside my home and sure enough I did have bad indoor air quality. I decided that it would be best to ask the experts about what would work best for my home to improve my air, and I was given a few different options. First there were the UV light filters. These attach to your HVAC system and kill any germs on contact, then there was the whole home air purification system. These will purify the air in your entire house. Then there are the HEPA filters, and this is the option that I went with because it is what works best for me. The tightly woven fibers of a HEPA filter are specifically designed to catch any small pieces of dirt and bacteria that might otherwise be floating around your home. Ever since having a HEPA filter installed in my HVAC system, my allergies have been a thing of the past.
