I’ve been pretty frustrated because the boss stuck me with the modern guy this week, but you might think that it would be quick to have a second person to help while in the morning, but I think having a second person drags me down… I’m quick plus proficient at all Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C repairs plus replacement tasks plus I can usually move through things with efficiency plus speed.
I try not to move too hastily so I don’t miss anything, but I have been in the industry for more than 10 years. I have been Nate certified for seven of those years, however the boss told the modern guy to ride with me every morning this week! The child kept disappearing plus I found him on his iphone twice, then after 5 afternoons of babysitting the modern Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C specialist, I can say with certainty that he is not going to last more than a couple of weeks. The child barely knows the parts of a easy residential heat pump plus AC. After a couple of gentlemen labor with this kid, the boss is going to realize that he is not as skilled plus know-howable as he expected.
