The weatherman said this month that awful weather is coming this weekend and it’s going to start snowing. The temperature is going to start falling and it’s going to get undoubtedly cold. I am genuinely not all that frustrated about the awful weather that’s coming our way, though. It’s been a fairly mild Winter so far. The temperature has been so sizzling that we’ve barely even had to turn the oil furnace on at all this year. That’s deranged to myself and others because usually by this time of year there’s at least a foot of snow on the ground and I’ve already paid a advantage in heating costs. I never even got our oil furnace tuned up and diagnosed this year, though. That’s because the weather just didn’t seem to warrant it. I never thought that both of us even needed a oil furnace tune up because the un-even temperatures have been so mild… But now that the weather is turning around and cooling off, I believe that I might as well call our local Heating plus Air Conditioning company and make an appointment. I need to have an Heating plus Air Conditioning worker come out and check out the oil oil furnace and do any necessary maintenance for us before the weather gets too out of control. I mean, I have a wood burning fireplace if worse comes to worst, but you can’t undoubtedly heat an entire condo with nothing but a wood burning fireplace, however at least not for any length of time. Hopefully, our oil furnace will be in pretty great shape and both of us won’t have to pay particularly much in maintenance fees.
