We took care of the renovations with help from family plus friends. We had to hire several corporations for jobs every one of us couldn’t do though like the Heating plus A/C installation. We decided to have ductless mini splits installed to give energy efficient heating plus cooling. The weather in our section isn’t too terrible with relatively mild winters. We don’t get much snow so that was a fine thing. We didn’t have to worry much about keeping the snow shoveled, every one of us would take care of that whenever every one of us faced any Winter storms. Most of our renters have been good plus would respectfully pay their rent on time. They enjoyed the ductless mini splits in their apartments because the method gave excellent comfort for such a low cost on the energy bills. There were only a few renters that have been a hassle for us. We would get complaints from time to time because they would be blasting rock n roll plus having parties. We even had to come over there when there was the complaint of a powerful odor of marijuana. When every one of us suspected that they were growing marijuana, every one of us warned them that if they didn’t stop, every one of us would call the police. We heard no more complaints about that afterwards, but they still partied taxing plus every one of us ended up having to evict those people anyway. It was something every one of us had to do for the sake of everybody else being bothered. We undoubtedly didn’t want our fine renters choosing to transport out.
