There were only a few tenants that have been a hassle for us. The two of us would get complaints from time to time because they would be blasting tunes and having parties. The two of us even had to come over there when there was the complaint of a powerful odor of marijuana. When the people I was with and I suspected that they were growing marijuana, the people I was with and I warned them that if they didn’t stop, the people I was with and I would call the police. The two of us heard no more complaints about that afterwards, however they still partied taxing and the people I was with and I ended up having to evict those people anyway. It was something the people I was with and I had to do for the sake of everybody else being bothered. The two of us absolutely didn’t want our fine tenants choosing to move out.
