For the past two years I have been working from home.
Working from home at home has a lot of perks. I am thankful for a job that allows me to work remote and I really like working from home. One thing that is awesome about working from home, is that I don’t have to worry about adjusting to anyone else as temperature preferences besides my own. When it’s hot outside, I like to turn the AC down very low and make the house really cold. When it’s cold outside, I usually open the windows and get cold inside and wrap up in a blanket and work. I am also guilty of using a space heater under my desk all day in the cold months. The space heater is great because I don’t have to turn the central heat on in the house and jack up the energy bill. In a perfect world, I wouldn’t have to worry about using a central heating situation all the time, but we all know that using a space heater all the time is not realistic. A space heater is a very dangerous device and should be used with caution. When thinking about using a space heater, you should always think about how long you’re actually going to be in the area.
