In the middle of the evening, it is the worst when you wake up too hot. I hate covered in sweat in the bed plus my bestie is the worst when it comes to getting moderate at evening. It does not matter what temperature my beach house it set to, one of us constantly gets moderate plus moderate in the middle of the evening. I constantly make sure that my A/C is turned down to at least 69. Both of us have window unit ACs in my beach house plus they are really the best when it comes to making a study room genuinely frigid for sleeping. When both of us go to bed, both of us care about to make sure that both of us can sleep plus both of us can only sleep when it’s frigid in our room. Believe it or not, my bestie was covered in sweat so much that the sheets plus comforter were getting wet from her sweat the other evening. I didn’t suppose what to do, so I had to wake him up. First I asked if she was having a bad dream plus she said she didn’t remember. I was a little sad because I knew that I had turned the A/C down low plus I was sure that both of us would sleep through the evening. The covered in sweat thing had only happened once before, plus it was when I was sick plus cutting a fever.
