The following morning, the Heating and Air Conditioning specialist showed up to do the inspection. It didn’t take long for him to give us an answer, however yes, it was possible to service and keep using the Heating and Air Conditioning system in the house. But, it would only serve us for a few more years, and repairs would be costly. The best choice was to upgrade it and get a unit that would last more than a decade. I was happy with this decision, and Jack, although she tried to hide it.
