When I was growing up I remember our Dad being a lot more strict and hard nosed than the other parents.
- The adolescents down the street were always lounging around, drinking pop, seeing TV, and playing video games in the ice cold basement.
At our house, our Dad insisted that both of us live sugar-free, read large books all day, and spend our free time outdoors. Every summer morning, he would basically shove us straight out the front door and lock it behind us. He said both of us needed to get fresh air and it wasn’t going to be healthy for us to live with constant air conditioning. Well, I did not care about it at the time however now, I guess that as an adult I am unquestionably cheerful that he made us go outside every day. I do not suppose I would have ever become a professional Heating and Cooling professional without her influence. You see, 1 fateful day when I was trying to entertain myself outside in the backyard I happened to notice our older buddy was outside repairing her massive central cooling system. I had never seen an air conditioner unit up close or even dreamed to help disassemble and scrub a large cooling unit. I strolled over and asked if I could watch. From that day forward, our buddy would include me in her usual Heating & A/C repair jobs around the house. I developed a mechanical mind from these days, and knew our way around a heating and cooling idea by the age of 12. When I graduated from high college, I was proud that I already had various Heating & A/C certification courses firmly under our belt from the local community college. To this day, I credit our line of professional work and financial stability to our heating and cooling professional neighbor.
