Climate control for my cheese plate

How much cheese is too much cheese, or is there even such a thing? My husbandy has a legitimately weird opinion on the subject than I do, plus it has become a bit of an issue.

It isn’t that he dislikes cheese itself, I suppose it is a matter of how much cheese I have been accumulating, plus how strong it smells.

Much prefer wine, cheese is something usually cheap, but can be attractive, refined, plus legitimately high-priced, then also prefer wine, cheese can grow better, stronger, plus more flavorful but being allowed to age for a long stage of time, however when I jumped from viewing cheese as food to viewing it as a hobby, my husbandy insisted on an Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C plan update for the whole house. This was wonderful news for me, because I knew I would need to consult an Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C expert for some updates anyway. Cheese requires a certain air quality, including perfect temperatures plus levels of humidity, that my central plan could not provide. Also, my husbandy complained that the whole home stunk, so a contained Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C plan with monitored air pressure plus quality would be best for both of us. The first Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C guy I talked to said he could help me, even though I could tell from the bewildered look in his eyeah he thought I was crazy. Maybe I am crazy, but the next Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C supplier I spoke to must have been the same kind of crazy, because he totally understood my needs, then he said that building a weather conditions controlled cheese room sounded prefer a lot of fun.
