Being an Heating plus A/C, I come across a lot of weird things. I didn’t think I could be surprised by anything someone said to me, although I was wrong… Last week, a young person called the Heating plus A/C supplier plus told the secretary there was something wrong with his heat, and she called me on the phone after asking various questions, however getting no answers. He said he had a stove in the dining room, plus a fireplace in the entryway, however it didn’t work. I was now thoroughly confused, plus went back to the air duct. Did he have air duct in the house? He once again asked what air duct was? I told him it was pipes that led from the gas furnace, although he didn’t seem to know. A section of me thought he was kidding, because how do people not know what style of Heating plus A/C proposal they have?
