Then my boyfriend reminded me that we have a HVAC service plan
For the past couple of weeks, everything has been going really well for my boyfriend and I. My boyfriend got a promotion at his job, I surprised him with some awesome gifts, and we got a new pet dog. Things were looking up. Unfortunately, what goes up has to eventually come down, and we ran into a problem. To be specific it was a heating and air conditioning problem. I noticed a day before that the air conditioner was making a slightly strange noise, and wasn’t working as efficiently as usual. I thought that it would go away, so I ignored it. I guess that was the A/C’s warning flags though, because the next day it went out on us. At first my boyfriend and I were really worried, we were really short on money, and we weren’t sure if we could afford a repair bill. Then my boyfriend reminded me that we have a HVAC service plan. As soon as he said that, I remembered when we first had the air conditioning installed, my boyfriend convinced me to get the HVAC service plan in case we ever needed it, and I am so glad we did! The heating and cooling technician came out in a few days, and within an hour, had the cooling machine working like new, we thanked him and he left. Thanks to the heating and air conditioning service plan, we were able to get the HVAC system fixed at a reduced rate. I’m so glad we had the service plan, because I was originally thinking we would never need it.
