I’m switching to a central A/C system again

A few years ago, the central AC system in my trailer stopped working.

I called the HVAC company for a free estimate and they told me that the air compressor was gone.

I needed a brand new central AC system and it was going to cost a fortune. I didn’t have enough money to pay for the repairs, so I decided to buy a large air conditioner for the living room and another small air conditioner for the bedroom. It was fine for a while, but the last few months have really been awful. The are inside of the house is stagnant, even if I run all of the ceiling fans all day long. My wife has been complaining about the indoor air problems. We’ve been married for a couple of months and she didn’t want to move into the trailer unless I fixed that central AC. I put that task off as long as I could. I contacted the same HVAC company to see if they could come back to the house to give me another estimate. Since they still had all of the measurements and calculations from the first time, they had the ability to give me an updated price without even coming back to the house. I found out that it was going to be significantly more money, because several years had passed. I didn’t have a choice since my wife was complaining about all of the problems. I guess we can get rid of the clunky window air conditioners once and for all. I know the central A/C will get rid of many of the stagnant air flow problems and that will help a great deal.
