There are some things in life that are absolutely crucial to invest in.

When you go to have your heater or your A/C replaced, most people immediately look for the cheaper option, but this is really a bad choice. Although air conditioners and furnaces can definitely be expensive upfront, it is well worth it when you spend a lot of money for a highly efficient HVAC system that lasts you a long time and heats and cools your home very well. Most people are looking to keep as much money as possible, so they choose something cheap. Well let me ask you something, would you rather get a cheap HVAC machine that breaks down a lot, or a more expensive HVAC machine that only needs occasional HVAC tune ups? Because if you buy a cheap heater and A/C, you can expect to pay more money in the long run. I have seen this happen multiple times, and this is why I always try to inform people ahead of time while they are still deciding. Although a cheaper cooling system might look nice now, it is not going to last you long term. So I would suggest following my advice and going with whatever a professional HVAC technician tells you is right for your home. Afterwards, all you have to do is get occasional HVAC maintenance and you are good to go.
