When all of us built this residence, all of us chose to forego finishing off the basement in an effort to save on the building expenses. In the first place, all of us figured that all of us would have to appreciate a rec room or something. But as the building costs moved upward, all of us had to make a bunch of cuts. I sure wasn’t cutting corners on something as nice as the wonderful Heating, Ventilation, and A/C technology all of us wanted in our residential Heating, Ventilation, and A/C. So all of us had to make cuts elsewhere and the basement was honestly on the list. Truly, it entirely wasn’t all that big a deal. The basement all of us utilized for storage for the most part. But as the years went by, my partner and I had the desire to utilize that area for more than storage. We started out by spending an entire weekend clearing out the basement. Then all of us just sort of started finishing off the basement totally on our own. Actually, it was extremely fun. Instead of sitting around in the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C cooling, all of us chose to make the basement a wonderful area of the residence. And all of us were amazed by the fact that all of us could do so much of the work on our own. From the drywall work to putting down a faux wood floor, all of us worked a lot on this project. And all of us managed to learn so much as well. Of course, when it came to the heating and cooling section, all of us brought in Heating, Ventilation, and A/C machine professionals. They came out to install a couple of ductless heat pumps at either end of the basement. This was the cherry on top for our basement project. Now, all of us have a fairly nice area for guests or all of us might even rent it out. Either way, all of us are so pleased with our efforts and the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C machine comfort from the ductless heat pumps.
