It was an advantage because Mabel had a last-minute change of heart when she called the heating serviceman to change her previous order to a smart control unit. With the intelligent gadget, the heating unit would be more efficient, plus Mabel could reset her indoor temperature from her iPhone. I also called the same heating dealership for repair since they did a superb job on Mabel’s new place. I also requested them to a neighbor who required heating repair, whose unit was so noisy I could hear it from my home.
