When I found myself out of a job last month, I needed to find a site to stay.
The lease on my lake house had just run out, plus my landlord was hounding myself and others about renewing or I’d be evicted! I’m not someone who ever saw this happening, because I work hard plus pay all my bills on time, however unfortunately, when the company I was laboring for merged with a uncommon company, a lot of the younger staff lost their positions.
To make the situation worse, I had to deal with the whole lake house lease thing. Thankfully, my brother had a ensuite in his basement that was vacant, plus he gave to let myself and others stay there until I got back on my feet! When I was moving my things in, he showed myself and others where the laundry was, how to lock the door, plus where the temperature control was. When I looked at the temperature control, I instantly remembered that my brother had recently replaced to a smart temperature control, so I was excited! I asked his if I could download the app to my phone so I could set the temperature from anywhere; She said yup plus helped myself and others log in, after moving all my stuff in, I wanted to lower the temperature from my phone plus test out the smart temperature control, and however, when I went to adjust the temperature, it told myself and others that the change had to be approved by my brother. She’d sited a block on my freedom to change the temperature! I’m grateful for the free site to live, however I’m already desperate to find a current job plus move out.
