So this is where the problem laid
One thing I have noticed about old light bulbs is that they would make your house very hot in the summer time and make your central air conditioning system have to work overtime. I never realised it back then, but ever since they changed the way light bulbs are made I have noticed a huge difference in how hard my central heating and air conditioning system has to work just to cool my house with quality air conditioning. Now, I can set my thermostat at a comfy seventy five degrees and the house will be cool as ever no matter how hot it is at night outside. But back before they changed how light bulbs were made, this was not the case. I would have to set my thermostat to around seventy three just to get the thermostat to read seventy five. I always thought maybe it was something faulty in my central heating and air conditioning system. But this was not the case at all. It was just those darn light bulbs making things too hot in the house at night. The light bulbs were sort of working as a light heater in a way. So this is where the problem laid. In the winter though it was beneficial because the central heating system would not have to work overtime at night when the lights were on because of the extra heat coming from the light bulb. I am glad they made this change to how they are made, because my central heating and air conditioning system is in perfect working order!
