This was the cherry on top for our basement project
When we built this household, we chose to forego finishing off the basement in an effort to save on the building expenses. Initially, we figured that we would have to savor a rec room or something. But as the building costs spiraled upward, we had to make certain cuts. I sure wasn’t cutting corners on something similar to the great Heating plus A/C technology we wanted in our residential Heating plus A/C. So we had to make cuts elsewhere in addition to the basement was on the list. Honestly, it wasn’t all that huge of a deal. The basement we utilized for storage anyway. But as the years went by, my wife in addition to I genuinely wanted to utilize that space for more than storage. We actually started out by spending a weekend clearing out the basement. Then we just sort of started finishing off the basement on our own. Actually, it was entirely fun. Instead of resting around in the Heating plus A/C cooling, we chose to make the basement a nice area of the house. And we were amazed by the fact that we could do so much of the work completely on our own. From the drywall to putting down a faux wood floor, we worked amazingly together as a team. And we learned so much as well. Of course, when it came to the heating in addition to cooling part, we brought in Heating plus A/C device professionals. They came out to install a pair of ductless heat pumps at either end of the basement. This was the cherry on top for our basement project. Now, we have an enjoyable space for guests or we might even rent it out from time to time. Either way, we are so happy with our efforts in addition to the Heating plus A/C comfort from the ductless heat pumps.
