Our cellphones seem to update each & every year. There is always current & exciting technology being developed! When I bought my first iphone, it was already obsolete & out of date. I could never afford to get the latest & greatest technology & I ended up being behind when it came to things like a smartwatch & an ipad. I did not guess that the same kind of problems happened when it comes to Heating & A/C technology, and my bestie & I updated the heating & cooling in our house with a ductless system. My bestie suffers from terrible allergies & ductless heating & cooling options can help a good deal. When my friend and I switched to the ductless system, it was one of the best on the market. The following year my bestie & I had problems with the system & the heating & cooling worker told us that my friend and I could no longer get parts for the machine. I was really frustrated with this distributor when I found out that information & I called & talked to someone about replacement parts. I’ve threatened to call anyone who would listen & the distributor decided to deliver me a brand current ductless mini split system because the replacement parts were out of date so hastily. I was trying to get a discount & I really did not guess that I was going to end up getting the equipment for free; All I paid for was the cost of the upgrade & that did not turn out to be too much money at all. Sometimes it pays to call & demand better service.
