I have threatened to call anyone who would listen and the distributor decided to provide me a brand new ductless mini split system because the upgradement parts were out of date so quickly. I was trying to get a discount and I easily did not think that I was going to end up getting the device for free; All I paid for was the cost of the installation and that didn’t turn out to be too much currency at all. Sometimes it pays to call and demand better service.
