The yearly check up

I always get one HVAC tune up and check up per year.

I do not go overboard like many people do and have an HVAC tune up and check up every single season.

Once a year is fine for me and will tell if there is any issues with my central heating and air conditioning system unit. Well this past year when I had my annual HVAC tune up and check up, it was a good thing I did because it turned out that the motor of my central heating and air conditioning system was on its way out. This was discovered when the local heating and air conditioning specialist was running through all the things they do during an HVAC tune up and check up. The motor was not ready to die just yet, but the certified heat and a/c specialist said to me that if I did not get a new motor right then and there, then at some point in the year my entire central heating and air conditioning system would break down and have major issues. Not to mention it may cost me more at that point if it broke down during very extreme weather. So I went with the certified heat and a/c specialist’s suggestion and had them put in a brand new motor for my central heating and air conditioning system unit. It cost me a few bucks, but it was all good to me. At least I knew my central heating and air conditioning system unit would be working fully and not break down at some odd moment in the year!
