There is a need for a/cs in schools

I have been a educator for about 10 years now, and while I love my job, it does come with its share of challenges.

Some mornings are better than others, and I have grown to acknowledge the great mornings and be grateful for them.

There are mornings when you have that 1 kid who refuses to listen to what you have to say, and you end up having to deal with removing them from the classroom, but luckily that doesn’t happen every day however when it does, it absolutely makes the job a bit harder. While the kids can be challenging, most of the major obstacles come from the board members and the people in charge, but receiving proper funding for supplies has typically been a challenge for us as educators. Another challenge that all of us have been facing is getting a/cs installed in our school building, then over the years, the classrooms have become seriously uncomfortable. And when you have kids who are complaining about being hot, there isn’t much reading happening. And I must say that I have gotten irritable due to the fact that my classroom has no , and fortunately, the board did approve installing inside the school, however due to the cost and the size of the project, it will take about more than one years before it’s fully complete. The project will be done in phases. In the meantime, all of us have made some temporary adjustments to alleviate some of the heat while in the day. All of us have rented some temporary trailers with that all of us use for some of our classrooms. Though it’s not the most ideal venue to teach, at least the trailers have
